In the Netherlands Solera employs over 250 associates who are based in Zeist, the Hague and Schiphol area. We are on the hunt for an uncommon HR Business Partner who has an entrepreneurial mindset that is wired with a team-first attitude, has no problem with rolling up sleeves to get things done and knows when to follow, when to lead and when to yield.   • Implement HR policies and procedures to improve effectiveness off organization
  • Support full employee life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Draft job profiles, run & coordinate selection drill
  • Ensuring up to data HR data and reports. Keeping HR systems (AFAS and Workday) aligned with business needs.
  • Work closely with line managers in the execution of HR drills such as performance reviews, annual pay and bonus reviews, promotions, recruitment, onboarding
  • Support line managers in individual case management (sick leave, underperformance etc
  • Fleet management company cars
  • Reporting into HRD Benelux

Your Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR
  • Motivated to work in a fast moving tech company
  • Basic level of knowledge of employment laws  and Dutch social securities
  • Can do attitude, results oriented, well developed social skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Based in the Zeist area and willingness to travel to other NL offices
  • Educated at HBO level
  • Experience with AFAS and/or Workday is preferred
